They had a very hard to find bottle at a good price and reasonable shipping cost!

The website had a slight glitch between selecting pick up versus shipping. Customer Service could have been a little quicker and a little clearer in dealing with the matter. Ultimately, after a follow up phone call, the situation was rectified and dealt with successfully

First time using Preet's Barrel. Signed in, received a free shipping code for the first order. Found a hard-to-find bottle of Hudson Baby Bourbon at a fair price. Check out was quick and easy using Shop. Received bottle quickly. Would have easily been a "5" but I was charged shipping, even though I had the code. Tried to get it resolved but couldn't get a response. I am sure this was an oversight and that customer service is normally great.

Packaging was very good however there is a blemish on the viewing part of the box. I only mention it because I planned to leave it in the box on display for a while.

It longer to ship, but after an email and a phone call the bottles arrived in perfect condition.

I was happy with the process of ordering and receiving the product in the mail. There was some damage to the display box that it came in. The damage was enough to notice from a little distance but nothing inside was effected. There was two areas that there was damage. Not enough to send back but still a little disappointing.

Website is easy to navigate tons of great selections at fair pricing. Delivery was quick. Bottles were packaged well. Would definitely recommend and shop at this store again. My only grudge is shipping price. I would expect shipping to be free when I’m spending almost $300.

Update:I am changing my rating from a 1 start to 4 because my package was found and delivered. Outside of this (hopefully isolated) incidence, the whiskey selection has been great with quick turn around and easy tracking. For my selections, the prices have been competitive. Original: I have had great experiences previously with Preet's Barrel; however, this time it was a poor experience. My package was not delivered to me but the shipper marked it as delivered. I have reached out to Preet's several times (via Shop app, directly via email, and called the number on the website) and I have not received a resolution to the issue. I had started recommending this business to friends, but that is now on hold since I have not been provided any help/support on resolving this issue.
