We use our elliptical five times per week. It arrived quickly and after assembly, it developed a strange noise. Call the store and a technician arrived promptly and fixed the machine. We are very happy with the service provided. Thank you!

I shopped for years before selecting my Octane elliptical from PreCor Home and happy I did. Very professional staff. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very patient answering all my questions. Delivery and setup staff was also very professional, friendly & knowledgeable, took the time 2 demonstrate the elliptical and linked up my phone & tablet. Made a point they are available if i have any questions or issues. Great place to do business. I have already referred numerous people.

Love both my elliptical and recumbent bike. Precor is the ONLY brand I purchase for exercise equip. Quality vs the cheap Chinese made stuff.
