Great piece of equipment.

We use our Precor 9.23 treadmill a lot. I run almost every day, mostly on the treadmill, 5 miles/day actual average this year. I weigh ~195 lbs., and pace is around 8:30/mile (I'm getting older and slower, used to be 7 min miles!). My wife walks at a fast pace 4-5 days/week and goes 3-4 miles. We get regular maintenance on the unit (at least annually), and it's now about 5 years old and still runs perfectly. We've had to replace a roller once and I think we replaced the belt too, but overall I'm impressed with how well it's lasted given how much we use it.

Several years ago I purchased a relatively inexpensive exercise bike. I use it daily and it has stood the test of time. The folks at Precor were very helpful, setting it up for me and answering any questions. I also recently purchased some dumbbells. I have been very satisfied with the courtesy, helpfulness and knowledge of this group, especially Gerad, with any of my purchases. I will always check out their products first before going to one of the big box stores.

Awesome customer service and the delivery guys are very professional

The salesperson helped us get the right machine. If he did not know an answer to my question he looked it up. There was no pressure to buy, which I liked even better.
