This is the second time that I have purchased home fitness equipment from Wayne - the Store Manager at Precor in Vernon Hills and just like the first time, I was impressed with him and how he does business. My wife wanted a recumbent bike for Christmas so she could begin a regular exercise program without over stressing her knees. I told her to stop in and see Wayne because I was confident that he would recommend the right thing for her. When she did, he spent time with her to understand what her goals were. Based on what she said, he steered her to the right bike for her. What was impressed me even more was that he didn't sell her the most expensive bike in the store but rather to the least expensive one that would meet her needs. In addition to that, since he knew that she wanted it as a Christmas gift from me and that I would be calling to pay for the bike, he took the initiative to actually reserve his last delivery slot before Christmas even before I called in to complete the purchase. He once again showed that he really cares about his customers. If I have any future home fitness needs I will go back to him for the third time.

Our sales associate was quite knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the pieces on the floor. He demo'd many exercises and offered help even after we had it home.

I've had my CS4 Cardio Strider since June 2018 and I really like it. I'm 73 and have some health issues so my son took me shopping to see which piece of exercise equipment would work for me. The people at Precor Home Fitness took my issues into consideration and came up with the CS4 Cardio Strrider.This machine is so easy on my body and as I progress, I can adjust the tension to different levels that I'm comfortable with. I highly recommend This product and the people at Precor.There is no high pressuring at this store, only quality help.

First-time home fitness equipment buyer. Shopped three retailers in the area and Precor was far and away the best experience. Scott and Gerard were very helpful, especially for a 50s-something runner who was new to home fitness equipment. Delivery was timely. I bought a floor-model, got a great price, but I did have a mild service issue in the first two weeks. The problem was a manufacturer's issue. The response and support from Precor staff was flawless. I love the Spirit Stepper I purchased. One of the best things I've ever bought. Only hesitation on 5 stars: it's the only fitness equipment purchase I've ever made, so it's not like I have a huge range of experience to compare. Next time I'm in the market for something like this, Precor will be my first choice.
