We bought a pre-owned Keiser spin bike. No pressure from the salesman. We love this bike, and we saved a ton of money! Great deal!

SHERYL
Needed more than one person working the floor. Got a bit overwhelming for the one person that was there. So wait time for things could have been better. I bought a rower machine, there was another customer who wanted to look at bicycles then he had to go in back and get mine and bring it out to car. He was great but having another person on duty with him or a person in the back to fill orders would have been nice he had to do it all!

Sheryl, thank you for the positive review! We really appreciate your business and taking the time to offer your feedback. We agree and we have started to hire additional staff as our business continues to grow. We hope you love using your new rowing machine!
SOHEE
The product itself was great. It would have been super helpful to get an idea of the shipping and delivery timeframe - instead, we had to reach out to the company to get this information.

Sohee, thank you for the positive review! We really appreciate your feedback and will work to improve our shipping communications!

It's working great overall But after couple of days, it started to make rustic sound. We've had it for a year now. It's working fine except that it's making that sound. I'm assuming the belt needs some oil?

We're sorry to hear the machine isn't operating quietly. We will have the store contact you as soon as possible to troubleshoot the issue and possibly send a technician.

The prices are reasonable and often less than at other stores. I found things that I needed there. Heather at the Shaumburg store on Golf road is always helpful and friendly! When I need something, I always go there to see what they offer.

George, thank you for the great review and your continuous support of our Schaumburg store! We really appreciate your business!

I paid $199 for delivery and set up. The delivery company didn’t take away the packing material, which is substantial. The machine itself is excellent.

Steven, thank you for the great review! We are very sorry the drivers did not take away the packing material. That is definitely their responsibility and we will address this with them.
