The staff is knowledgeable and a great help

I wish they would have told me that the electronic control panel was being shipped separately. I was not happy, at first. Communication was great when I told them I could not find the panel and they informed me it was coming via FedEx to prevent damage. All in all they were great.

Heather is one of the best associates and helped us patiently to decide on an excellent choice for home gym. She is very knowledgable. And is able to help compare various options customized to our needs.

We were very satisfied with the help we received from the knowledgeable and courteous staff there. We're very satisfied with the products we purchased as well. The only room for improvement is in the billing system they use, which caused some confusion. They did say that it is being replaced and updated. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly, highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable staff, provided information but did not "sell".

I was looking for the Octane Fitness ZR7 which is not a common home fitness machine. I had read everything I could on line but still had questions. Precor had the next model the ZR8 setup for demo and test purposes. I had many questions which the Precor staff tried to find answers to. They were not pushy at all and told me when they didn't know the answers to my questions. They said I could come in as often as I wanted to continue to investigate and try it out. When I still had questions which they couldn't answer, they gave me the contact information for the Octane representative that they work with. I called him and had all my questions answered. I bought the ZR7 and have been very happy. This is a specialized machine and not for everyone so I understand that they could not answer all my questions. But they put forth every effort and helped in every way possible. Great place to buy from.
