Precor Home FitnessReviews of precorhomefitness.com

Very helpful an all around good buying experience

The short profile is perfect for our low ceiling. It's a little too noisy.

I use the Precor Treadmill almost every day of the week. However, at least once every two weeks, the treadmill does not start up and an error message appears on the display. Usually I am able to fix the problem by turning off the treadmill for 30 seconds and then turning it back on. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the unit.

Trevor Engen was very helpful and informative in our purchase, however a subsequent phone call when I had a question was handled by someone else (didn't get the name) who sounded very impatient and said he would have to call back with an answer. Never got the call.

We have emailed the company with a specific question and have never heard back. I called the the store as well and never heard back. The initial store experience was very good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The guys who set up our elliptical were friendly and efficient.

Happy with the product but did not get a manual that would be helpful

After 10.5 years of hard service our previous Precor treadmill finally gave out and we replaced it with a new Precor model 211. We love it except for the cup holders which due to their extreme sloped design we HATE. They are apparently designed exclusively for a water bottle with lid secured. Even water and coffee tumblers with lids will leak when tilted at the angle they must sit in the cup holders.

I'm surprised that it only goes up to 8 (I assume that's 8%) and level 16 (which is like a foot of powder snow) I would have thought it would have gone up to level 20, ( 2 feet of powder) and 10%.
