I don't like the way the eliptical handle bars creak when I'm exercising. I wish that the people who put it together would come back out and fix it. I'm thinking of returning it

Wrong item delivered. Correct item delivered...assembled incorrectly.

I wish the staff had been more forthcoming about the assets and liabilities of alternative equipment. Sadly, i ended up with a machine that is not well suited to my situation.

Delivery crew damaged one of the two machines I purchased, and local store did not follow up on making that right. User manual was missing for one of the machines, and despite my request to local store, I still don't have it. Deliver crew also misclassified my residential unit as a commercial unit, which has warranty ramifications unfavorable to me, a residential buyer. I had to get the corporate folks involved to get them to correct that. Update on January 11: when you (Precor corporate rep) said you'd have the store "reach out to me right away," what time frame did you have in mind? I've not received any attempt at contact, 3 weeks later. Why hasn't Precor corporate contacted me to fix this. If you make promises, then please follow through. I'm more disappointed than I was before.

The equipment is great, the only problem I had with the entire purchase was the pricing which can be verified what I paid vs. the advertised price. I paid full retail price not sale price because I did financing through the store ( greensky financial). May not sound like much but $500 or so more than advertised does matter. It may even be illegal but I didn't verify. I just wanted the equipment but feel taken advantage of as a customer. The financing was for about $9500, interest free for 3 years which seemed great. Advertised price was less than $8900. So I have already paid about $600 for the loan but not to the lender.
