DAVID I.
IC1 inspire stationary bike. Seat post slides down. Not a reasonable design.

David, thank you for your feedback. We will reach out to you right away to resolve any issues you are having with the seat post. That should not be happening with your bike. UPDATE: David, please let us know if service was able to take care of your bike. We can be reached at [email protected]
KELLY & DONALD R.
Slow service. We needed a piece of equipment service. The repair parts took over a month to receive and then additional time to schedule time to come out and put the piece on.
Response from Precor Home FitnessDec 23, 2018
Kelly & Donald, we are sorry for the slow turnaround on repairing your equipment. Unfortunately, parts can sometimes be backordered and technician schedules can be fully booked for a week or so. We hope everything is now working properly and you are happy with your equipment. Please contact the store if there's anything else we can do.

The resistance at level one is still too strong for me. Is there any way to reduce the resistance lower than level one? I would greatly appreciate a reply. Thank you Robert Graby
Response from Precor Home FitnessDec 21, 2018
Mr. Graby, thank you for your review! We will contact you shortly to schedule a service call and see if we can adjust the resistance on your bike.
Mad runner not R.
My rating is not based on the quality of the product. I haven’t even used my treadmill yet because the man who was supposed to set up the treadmill (which was a service that I paid extra for) has cancelled on me twice and then completely no showed our last scheduled time. He has been unreachable by phone and I have notified the company but no body will contact me. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PAY TO HAVE SOMEONE SET UP YOUR EQUIPMENT!
Response from Precor Home FitnessDec 18, 2018
Michelle, we are extremely sorry for the delivery issues. This is completely unacceptable and our operations manager will be calling you shortly to make sure this is taken care of right away!
Joan G.
This is a good, solid sturdy bike but the seat is extremely uncomfortable even wearing really good bike shorts.

Joan, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Would you mind revising it to be reflective of your in-store experience? I can send you a link to write a product review for your bike instead. Thank you!
