Precor's equipment it’s not worth anything. I own a Precor Plate Loaded Chest Press. The Chest Press developed a crack in the Frame Welds. Not only is this a MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN it’s poor craftsmanship by Precor. The frame Cracked at the joints providing No Support. I notified Precor and informed them of the issues and provided pictures of where the cracks were located, serial number of the machine, and address to where the machine was located. I informed Precor I wasn’t able to locate the original receipt that it was misplaced however, the machine was registered when it was purchased so they have all the necessary information needed to handle my complaint. Precor won't honor nor try and resolve the issue. They continue to find one excuse after another as to why they won’t fix the issue with the frame being cracked. Precor manufactures equipment that breaks down and when you contact them about issues with their equipment. Precor always tries to figure a way of not standing behind their products. This has become so repetitive with Precor and is the same issues other customer’s have complained about. Just look it up. The warranty provided with their equipment is non existent.

I wish I would have listened to the other reviews before throwing away $1200 with this company. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, both with the product itself, and the absolutely horrendous, nasty service from a company. This company sent a used product that was infested with toxic mold and mildew that contaminated my home and made our family sick from exposure. We had no choice but to throw it out after the one and only customer service rep told us it would take them a week to pick up. They hurt my child, infected our home, caused damage to our property, and had the audacity to keep my money and refuse a refund. This company is dangerous and operates like a scam, with only ONE customer service representative, who is completely unhinged. If you already spent your money, I am so sorry but don’t expect to get anything from it. If you haven’t, avoid these monsters at all cost

Terrible customer service ! Our incline stopped working due to an error 6months after purchasing Precor treadmill ! It has been more than a year since then but they have been mailing parts to us instead of sending a technician here. Problem is their complicated programming that needs an expert technician not the parts! If they can not send technicians somewhere they should stop selling their super expensive treadmills to those cities! I have wasted 5000$ On this treadmill . So disappointed

I ordered a two piece 4x8 mat to go under a treadmill I bought. I ordered the mat Dec 3, 2020, I knew delivery would be longer than usual, but it was ok because the people I ordered the treadmill from said it would be at least 40 days before I would receive it. I ordered the treadmill Dec 3 it came Jan 4 2021. precor delivered the wrong mat on Dec 22, 2020. It is Jan 5 2021 and I'm still waiting for my equipment mat with no status at all not even an email. I had to call yesterday and they still didn't have any information. I am glad I didn't purchase anything bigger than a 4x8 mat.

Ordered a home gym a few weeks ago and I have reached out several times for an update on shipping. No response. I understand that due to Covid-19 shipments are delayed but some sort of communication needs to be given to the buyers. Do you have the equipment or not? If not, can you guarantee it in the upcoming few weeks? I'm about to call the better business bureau. You had no problem charging me and taking my money! Update: I have been contacted that the shipment is delayed into the New Year. Still no confirmation date of delivery yet. More to come.

Waiting since August for my inspire fitness FTX still haven't received it. Customer service over a period of months says things that just don't add up. So now according to Precor Home Fitness as of last week December 4th the shipping company they choose to use Tristate Delivery And Assembly had possession of the item. And while having been contacted by them that Friday where I was told I would receive confirmation my delivery appointment this week on Monday it is now Thursday Dec 10th and still no appointment has been made, so I've reached out again and am waiting to hear back. The customer service experience is pretty awful albeit everyone is polite but that doesn't offset the fact that nobody keeps their word which is aggravating since they already have your money. And so I will keep updating hopefully this does get resolved soon and they don't ruin Christmas 12/24 So I’m following up an adding that my order did finally arrive on December 23rd and the guys who delivered it from Tristate were actually super helpful. So at least it wasn’t like a total rip off my order was eventually fulfilled but it was more stress then any other online purchase ive ever encountered.

People should read reviews before ordering. I placed an order for an exercise mat. I never received shipping or tracking so I tried to contact them by email and phone but they do not respond. I will be looking into options to obtain a refund but if you haven't already purchased from them save yourself the time and aggravation and go elsewhere. Maybe they aren't even in business anymore.

3 Months waiting for a Multifunctional Inspire machine, when the initial lead time was 4 weeks. They keep saying next week, in few days, etc. They are not honest with customers. Even if you try to buy the same right now they will tell you the same lead time and same answers when they know it is not true. Asked for procedure to get refund in case I want it but they did not reply my question.
