Precious CarbonReviews of preciouscarbon.com

Very pleased with my experience with Precious Carbon. They communicated through every step. I was even able to choose a different diamond because the one I picked wasn’t the exact shape I was looking for. I revived the ring in about 20 days and it was perfect! I did a lot of searching online and Precious Carbon offers the best affordability for quality engagement rings. Other sights that are in the more affordable range were charging $600-$1000 more for a ring with the same carat size that rated much lower than the diamond I chose. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

Alex did a wonderful job. Keep me updated on the process of making the ring and when it arrived, I was shocked on how shiny and professional the diamonds were.

The experience was 10/10 from beginning to end. From designing the perfect ring for my wife as an upgrade from her original, to the excellent customer service, quality & price. I'll definitely shop with them for all future purchases!

Had great experience working with Precious Carbon! I was hesitant at first but after taking time speaking with Alex I had confidence and got an absolutely beautiful ring at an amazing value! Highly recommend! My now Fiancée loves it!

I am extremely pleased with this lab-grown diamond ring. It arrived on schedule, was packaged beautifully, and looked even more stunning in person than it did in the photos online. The quality and overall appearance exceeded my expectations, and the ring was everything I had hoped it would be. The entire purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free. I would gladly recommend this seller to anyone looking for a beautiful ring and an excellent buying experience.

First and foremost I want to apologize for the delay in writing this review. I have had nothing but the best experience with Precious Carbon from beginning to end! I can’t say enough! I was hesitant at first to order from a company that I wasn’t familiar with but I took a leap of faith and I couldn’t be happier! Beginning with the price, I found that there are still people who aren’t trying to get over on their customers. Precious Carbon gave me everything I wanted for a price I could afford! Next is quality, the ring I ordered is so perfect and beautiful, made with precision and care and came with all documentation that I got exactly what I ordered! And finally and most importantly was the customer service!! Anytime I had a question, I had a response within 30 minutes!!! Each and every time I reached out!! I can’t say enough good things about Precious Carbon! And no I did not get paid or compensated to write this review! I truly just believe that from my experience, I needed to express my gratitude and experience! 1000% recommend anyone who is looking for quality jewelry at an affordable price and fantastic customer service, trust Precious Carbon!!!!
