The ring is absolutely amazing
The ring is absolutely amazing, and the price is so much cheaper than other companies! It does take a long time to make, but I’d rather wait longer to make sure the quality is good than have it made quickly with lower quality. Plus, Alex is so nice and so easy to talk to! I’m very happy with my purchase, and I’m already planning to order another set soon. ☺️💍

Nikki, thank you so much for the amazing review! 😊 I’m really glad you’re happy with the ring and that the whole process was worth the wait. I know custom pieces can take a little patience, but hearing that you felt the quality was worth it means a lot to us. And thank you for the kind words about me too! It was genuinely a pleasure helping you through the process. Already planning the next set? I’ll definitely be looking forward to it. 😄💍

The whole process was amazing
The whole process was amazing, the communication they have is perfect, they let tou know of problems and give you solutions. If you ask for an update, they reply quickly and usually with a picture of the process its in. They give you the window of how long it will take and with mine they got it to me early. The ring is beautiful and my wife loves it, it was packaged very well for shipping. The over all experience was great and I will let everyone know where I got the ring, the quality is great, the price is not to bad and they stand behind their product.

I love the ring so much
I love the ring so much! ❤️ The price is great, and even though it took some time, I have absolutely no complaints because Alex always made sure to keep me updated and answered all of my questions every time. I would rather they take their time to provide me with the best-quality product than rush and give me something that isn’t well made. The quality is definitely worth the wait! I will for sure be ordering again! Thank you so much, Alex! You are truly so nice, accommodating, and helpful. 🥰

I’m happy I chose Precious Carbon!
Let me start off by saying the customer service is outstanding! They keep you updated every step of the way. With that being said, they pulled getting me the engagement ring in time to fly out with it within an unreal time frame, that left me speechless when I saw the quality of the ring. Everything about it came out beautiful! I have no regrets going to you guys to help curate this special moment. Special Shout to Alex! Thank you so much again for everything
