Buyer beware!
I had high hopes for this watch but there were problems. I ordered the Tom rice edition with sapphire Crystal and to this day I am not sure what watch I received. First off when I got my watch it came in a “Origin” box. The origin is a $129 watch. The Tom rice with sapphire is a $300 watch. Secondly the band on the watch was also a origin leather band not the one depicted on the Tom rice watch. Lastly the case back was not attached to the watch but loose in the box. It also was not inscribed with the Tom rice inscription. I would never buy another watch from this company. God knows what you will get. I did complain and they did send me the correct watch band, but I still believe I have the incorrect watch.

Hey Lawrence, First off thank you for the honest review - it is this type of feedback that pushed us to do better by our customers. We've indeed had an issue on a few products regarding the packaging. There was a mix up during final assembly and the "Origin" box was used on Tom Rice watches. What we've offered to others is to go get their watch crystal tested at their local watchmaker if they have a doubt about the glass type that we shipped out. We'll be covering all associated costs. I can get my customer service team to contact you to arrange this. We can also offer a return and exchange since it does seem that you've received a product that is not up to the standard we expect to deliver.
