watch has been great so far, had to replace band, the canvas band didn't do as well as expected. the 32 mm is what I have always worn from Vietnam 1965 until now.. Customer service really sucks, it took several days to ask for a new cardboard sleeve for my watch box, only to be told after several emails, that wasn't possible, I was advised they would try to work something out, still no answer. these folks need a phone contact put on their web page for a quick response to customer concerns. that's a bunch of bucks for bad customer service.

The watch arrived on time and in pristine condition. I love my A2 and it keeps perfect time!
