we actually purchased 3 atv kid four wheelers a couple Christmas's ago and yes at first they rode nice but everytime we ride them something happens like breaks fall off, ALL of them have trouble starting or wont start. I found a local repair place at first they would fix on them but actually got tired of seeing them and wont even try anymore. not to mention you have to buy the parts from powersportsmax or they send you a link to ebay. So keep up with serial numbers and all that.

Poor customer service I ordered a orange on orange bike and I received a blue and white bike with a orange frame this was a gift they offered no help what so ever we are just stuck with the wrong bike

Sent the wrong color of bike and will do nothing to fix it this was a gift poor customer service

My bike only lasted about five months before it started ticking and pretty much just gave up after smoking. Contact the company they do not honor their warranty. They will tell you to take it to a shop and they will decide whether they will pay the bill after you pay for it initially. Worst experience ever. Go with Taotao, last longer.

well, guess what? the GK-U02 broke down again requiring a new battery(6 months old, no abuse and about 75 minutes of usage). see my notes below. no one picks up at technical nor returns the call. I would rate this firm s a shell/scam with no stars. Mao Zedong would be pleased to know his people are ripping American customers off.

Don't even waster your time or money buying from here. Your product will be broken down and replacing parts in less than a year.

I bought 2 150cc scooters. First I had problems with the shipping. I finally get the scooters after 4 weeks. I was told a week and a half but that was the shippers fault not Powersportsmax. Once we got the scooters put together the 1 at one stalling out still does. The second one was not a 150cc it was a 50cc. The title said 150cc but the bike said 50cc on the motor and it was different then the other scooter. They offered me 100 dollars off the price I paid for the 150cc. If I kept it that is. If I sent it back I had to pay to ship it back even though this was not my fault. So then I told them I'd pay for this 50cc scooter and wanted them to ship me the scooter I had already paid for. No they wouldn't do that, said I would have to reorder the scooter. Basically robbing me for my shipping money. They refused to fix their mistake. Now I'm totally stuck with this 50cc and they're not answering me nor sending me the proper title! The bike is worthless! This is a horrible place of business! They should be in trouble for the things they do!

Terrible! You definitely get what you pay for. I know I should have known! Ordered the Templar XPro 250 and assembled it. Everything went fine and the bike operated good for the first week, after 20 miles on the bike it started making a terrible noise in the engine. So I called and spoke to tech service about it and for months they just kept telling me to check this and check that, I explained to them I work on ATV’s and SXS’s everyday and that I knew it wasn’t anything they were telling me to check. I didn’t want to tear apart the engine unless I knew they were going to send a new one. After arguing with them for a couple of months they wanted me to send back the troubled motor before they would send me a new one. Keep in mind after 20 miles on the bike this motor was shot and they wanted me to do all the work myself and be out of pocket for my labor and sending the motor to them before they would send a new motor. Terrible Terrible Terrible. You get what you pay for! Also customer service is like talking to children and they hung up on me several times because they couldn’t answer my questions so they would just hang up!
