Hi Renata, Thank you for leaving a review. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused, this is not the level of service we strive to provide. After reviewing your order, we can confirm it was successfully created on January 28 and, in line with our shipping policy, it was shipped the following day and is currently in transit. It’s possible that our email, including the tracking information, may have ended in your spam or junk folder. We also checked our support system using the email address linked to the order and were unable to find your email. That said, one of our team members will be reaching out to you directly to provide your tracking details and assist with anything else you may need. We sincerely apologize for this experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re committed to making this right. Best, Power Peptides Team
