Not sure how I feel at the moment
Not sure how I feel at the moment. I placed an order on the 3rd and haven’t heard a word. I have a small online business and communication is a must to keep said business. The website itself was great but support is lacking. I’ve tried reaching out to them so I’m not going to bomb the stars. Will update. Yes I’ve checked my spam folder

Good and bad
Inability to reach anybody by phone is very frustrating. I have placed three orders and I’m not completely sure if the first order was fulfilled, as opposed to coming up with the middle ground or sending me one refill based on an order of several more they have refused to fulfill in order that I think may have been mis-shipped. I’d like to say that I’m not sure fully. Regardless, I think they can do a better job in communication and pricing
