I recently purchased a used/refurbished MacBook Pro 13" plus a new hard drive, superdrive, and a few other gadgets. I had trouble deciding what machine to buy, and what I would need for peripherals, so I called and was helped by Michelle Rather who was patient with me, helped me figure out everything, suggested different options, and definitely saved me a lot of aggravation and money. Everything arrived on the day expected, beautifully packaged, and the macbook was even fully charged. Very please with my experience, and highly recommend PowerMax. Plus, no sales tax!

Both times, I received a very good price that beat whatever else I found. Both times the shipping was prompt. Both times the follow up was thorough. However, when I found these guys they seemed legit, so I dug a little deeper and finally a couple weeks later placed an order. I am super impressed. I got a great used computer for a fair price. I have been buying from Powermax since the late 1990s. I would not buy a Mac anywhere else. Their service is great and they are a wonderful company to work with. They can help you choose the right Mac for your needs. The bonus is that they will buy your used Mac and use that money off a new one! The live person to person telephone help picking the right pieces to put together all the parts for a new computer system with a Mac mini as its centerpiece was facilitated and assured by the excellent and friendly advice of all the folks I spoke with at PowerMax. Follow up calls were made in person to make sure I was able to get the parts I needed during my selection process.
