PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

Quick service, knowledgeable staff , fair prices.

I rate your company at the top. I have bought 4 Mac's from you over the years and it has always been a pleasure to do business with you. And I know that you do honor your warranty because a previous Mac developed a problem on the last day of the warranty period and Powermax stood good and sent me another unit in perfect condition. No argument, all you wanted to do was to make good. I will, have recommended you to others as well. Take care and best regards, Ron Bennett

What a nice group of guys. Helpful, knowledgeable, fast, thorough. I won't ever go anywhere else for my Mac needs. These guys can't be beat.

My wife and I live 150 miles away and have experienced terrific help and support from PowerMax. We have purchased multiple iPads over the last few years. Their credit for used returned units enables us to update to new units and is greatly appreciated.

Great prices and value. Stellar customer service. PowerMax will be my go-to place. Don't feel daunted by the big-box feel of the site. Call them and talk to real people who are knowledgeable and GRACIOUS!

I have purchased and traded several macs and have received excellent service. My trade-in was fairly valued, the new computer arrived in 2 days and my credit card refund received in about 2 weeks.

I have ordered computers from Power Max twice. A friend of mine told me about them when I told her I was going back to a Mac. I have been very happy with their service and prices. I love that when you call them, a real person answers their phone.

I would definitely recommend Powermax to anyone looking to trade-in a Mac or looking to buy previously owned one. They gave me a good price for my 6.5 year old iMac. Also, the few times I interacted with them via phone or email, they were very friendly and helpful!
