second time buying from powermaxx everything went smooth.sales staff excellent.

I ordered a Macbook that was shipped to me completely not working. I was told to call Apple and that they would help me. They could not. I had a to ship the computer back to powermax. when i called to see if they would honor the initial price, Michelle basically told me I was being snarky (which I probably might have been a titch' but for good reason) and that she wouldn't help me. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again, and would not recommend it.

I've purchased 3 Mac Laptops and traded in 2, at least 3 iPads and traded in 2, and likely some other stuff I've forgotten. | My sales person (yes, I have my own sales person!), Michelle is always fast, helpful and puts up with my warped sense of humor! I've bought both new and used computers and lots of peripherals such as printers, cables, external hard drives and more from PowerMax. I shop nowhere else for Mac products. I rate products and service a ten, and recommend PowerMax to anyone interested in Mac products. I had bought a used 17" Mac desktop from PowerMax and the hard drive failed two years later. I wanted to keep this legacy model for a while longer, so I bought a 1.5T refurbished (90-day warranty) hard drive at a reasonable price, and paid the flat labor rate of $99. Turnaround was the weekend. Now I have a fast computer, and there's one less piece of e-waste being shipped to China or wherever. Check out the many component parts online. So important are the people who work at the front counter: Courteous, helpful, patient and efficient, all those who helped me ensured I'd be a return customer.

One stop. I was taken care of with no hitches.
