Customer service was excellent. I emailed a question. The response was less than a day. Delivery time expedient. The layout of the pieces of equipment were organized and secure. Directions were easy. The step by step guide and manuals very very helpful.

This was super easy to purchase online. I didn’t have any customer service contact. There was no need because everything was so smooth. The device itself is pretty cool. It works if you use it regularly,

It really blows my mind that this device exists. I somehow got neuropathy that ended up being mainly in my feet. I went to a chiropractor and they wanted $100 per session for their cold laser therapy. I went a couple of times and the neuropathy improved but then it came back like a week later. So I went ahead and did research and found this device. It’s been probably over a month since I last used it and the neuropathy that I had in my feet is gone. I had the neuropathy for like 6 months before I found this device. It probably took about 3 weeks of 10 minutes a day on level 3 power on each foot to make the neuropathy go away. The neuropathy was very depressing. I really appreciate this device.

I bought the PowerCure Pro laser to help treat my dog's front leg. I followed the instructions carefully and used it for only 5 minutes every other day. Instead of improving, my dog's condition got worse after each treatment. After eight sessions, he was limping much more severely than before. Based on my experience, I would recommend not relying on the marketing claims. This device did not work as advertised and did not provide any healing benefits for my dog. I was very disappointed with the results.
