I bought the PowerCure Pro laser to help treat my dog's front leg. I followed the instructions carefully and used it for only 5 minutes every other day. Instead of improving, my dog's condition got worse after each treatment. After eight sessions, he was limping much more severely than before. Based on my experience, I would recommend not relying on the marketing claims. This device did not work as advertised and did not provide any healing benefits for my dog. I was very disappointed with the results.
Response from PowercureJul 24, 2026
We are very sorry to hear that your dog’s condition has worsened, and we completely understand how concerning it must be to see increased limping. PowerCure uses photobiomodulation, commonly known as cold laser therapy. When used correctly, this type of treatment is non-invasive and is intended to support cellular activity, help regulate inflammation, and provide pain relief. Progressive or significantly increased limping is not an expected response to properly administered cold laser therapy. However, cold laser therapy cannot diagnose or correct every possible cause of lameness. A worsening front-leg condition may be related to the progression of the original injury, a joint or ligament problem, nerve involvement, or another underlying condition requiring veterinary examination. The timing of the symptoms alone does not establish that the laser caused the deterioration. We recommend discontinuing treatment and having your dog evaluated by a veterinarian before using the device again. We also provide a 30-day return period so customers have sufficient time to evaluate the product. Unfortunately, the request in this case was made well beyond the 30-day return window, so the order is no longer eligible for return or refund under our published policy.

Directions do not state how to use the product and only state basic setup and charging. Youtube has nothing either so you dont know how to use it. They have no US customer service and only have a foreign phone number and email messaging which I have sent two in the past 3 days that I wanted to Return it and no answer. I am canceling my CC charge today. Update 3/5/26 I received an email from PowerCure that stated: ": “We are willing to issue you a full refund without requiring the product to be returned. If this solution works for you, we would kindly ask whether you would consider updating or removing the Trustpilot review to reflect that the issue has been resolved.” This is a clear violation of the Federal Trade Commission 16 CFR Part 465 Which targets businesses that offer incentives—such as refunds, rebates, or free goods—in exchange for positive reviews or for editing/removing negative ones. The Deceptive Practice for Paying for reviews is considered a deceptive marketing practice designed to manipulate consumer perception, which is illegal if the intent is to deceive. This is a Federal Crime. Additionally, Trustpilot’s guidelines strictly prohibit offering incentives in exchange for writing, editing, or deleting reviews. Trustpilot states: "Asking customers to remove or edit their reviews in exchange for a service (like a refund, or support request), discount or any other incentives" is strictly prohibited. If caught, Trustpilot can place a "Consumer Warning" on the company's profile, hide their TrustScore, and remove the fake positive reviews. I will not take any part of your illegal criminal actions. Powercure products are made in the Optics Valley of China in Wuhan, specifically at 801, 8F, E2 Building, Future City, No. 999 High-Tech Avenue, East Lake High-Tech Development Zone, Wuhan 430206, China. So my response is that I will be reporting you to the Federal Trade Commission and Trustpilot for such illegal acts and violations. Have a nice day! March 24th Update. I filed for a refund from my credit card several weeks ago and they gave PowerCure until april 12th to respond and then they would credit me the refund. So far no response from PowerCure.
