I use Postcard Mania / Rocket Print & Mail for my land investing mailers. The company was great at bringing me up to speed, advising me on options, and generally supporting my whole process with lightning seamless efficiency. Good systems and good team there!! I’m definitely sticking with Rocket.

Customer service is the strength along with great communication and follow up from the top down. Best experience and having a great AE (Walter Varela) helps with the day to day challenge of dealing with marketing campaigns but otherwise happy to work with Postcard Mania

I wanted to do a Business to Business mailer to increase my wholesale customer base. PostcardMainia failed completely. Their graphics department didn't know how to address my customers, their mailing list " experts" could not define or cull from a large list who I needed to target. It was all a buckshot approach. They took no responsibility. I complained, got no where. I canceled after the 2nd mailing with ZERO results.

Hi Joshua, we're sorry to hear we were unable to reach a resolution that worked for you. As we discussed, successful marketing requires consistency which is why we strongly encouraged completing the campaign before evaluating the results. Your mailing reached 1,000 businesses in the industries and zip codes you specified, and the design incorporated elements we have repeatedly seen perform well in your industry. That said, as we make clear with all of our clients, no marketing campaign can come with a guaranteed outcome. Regardless, we wish you the best with your business.

We were auto renewed on postcard mailer, without any prior reminder. Maybe they had something in fine print, don't see it. This is a sleazy practice.
