I have been very dissatisfied with the service I have received from Postcard Mania. With this company you must have a very clear understanding of what you need, there are so many adders it is difficult to keep up with everything you expect one thing and what you finally get is much more $$. You also need to put all the money upfront (except postage) and the resulting attentiveness is not good. They already have your money and so there is little incentive to listen. It took almost a month of non approval of the design to get the attention to correct my email that they broke. I am currently working through the mailing piece that was previously defined but they drive you, the client, to a survey/checklist that is open ended and ask to credit card information that is not tied to a cost - trust us.... One thing that is lost, those purchasing the design are the clients. Trying to speak to them is difficult, it alway seems to be on their timing not mine. Overall I am locked into this campaign but will not use them in the future and would not recommend them to other small business.

Hi Robert, Looks like you ordered your campaign at the end of January. Since then we've designed your postcard, with several rounds of revisions, we got your mailing list routes worked out, approved and ordered. Your Google Display Ads were designed and sent to you for approval. We received your Landing Page design survey 2 days ago, so it's currently being designed and will be sent to you for approval soon. I also see we've been in constant contact along the way to get these things done. Regardless, we don't want anyone feeling they're stuck with us so I'll have someone reach out to see how we can handle this.

They both have gone out of their way to help me put together the best marketing program for my Real Estate Company. I was so impressed that I also had Post Care Mania completely update my website as well.
