I give them two stars as their customer…
I give them two stars as their customer service is fine. They lock you in for 3 months and you are stuck paying for 0 conversions. Very disappointed. Their excuse you have to keep sending the cards.

Hi There- I can't find any active account under your name in our system but if you provide more data, we'd love to look into things further for you. Sorry to hear you weren't able to convert any leads from your campaign. Our Everywhere Small Business suite of online ads does run for 3 months as a standard because it takes consistency to tell if any form of marketing is working. This fundamental is also why you would have been advised to continue mailing, repetition being vital to the success of almost all marketing efforts. Regardless, we offer resources and assistance when the the response doesn't generate the needed ROI so please let us know more, thanks!
