We've been using them for over 5 years. We've been very pleased overall.

I was offered a service which at the time sounded great. I paid for the service however later discovered the service was not what I wanted. I asked for a refund. The would not refund all my money. They did nothing but collect my fund. Be very careful when signing up for anything with Rock or Postcard.

Do it yourself since they probably will do a bait and switch after you pay!! The salesman sold me jumbo postcards and they tricked me with the small ones mailed so the design was totally ridiculous since so much information was crammed onto that tiny pc! They won't give me a refund or do it over but instead want me to pay more , over $1,000 was paid for 1,000 worthless cards so since the design (which on the design was clearly on LARGE cards but they removed from the back office!!! ) printing was paid in April 2023 since I had to go back and forth with the design I originally made & sent them -- and then November 2023 the postage paid so they scammed me out of over $1,000 for worthless nothing and bad impression. The "salesman" only kept trying to upsell me or sell me more and then criticized my website to try to get me to pay them $400 for them to make one! That Postcardmania only wants me to SPEND MORE MONEY!!!! They flat out did a bait and switch back in April 2023, they were jumbo postcards and all the design back and forth for so many months were done in a JUMBO SIZE! When finally they did the design like was wanted, the postage had to be paid over $300 so yes APPROVED the design but it was for JUMBO NOT THE SMALL LITTLE SIZE where the design looked totally ridiculous since text and images were so small! They just need to do it all over in the jumbo size and by the way, there has been daily postcards returned for bad addresses! You want to waste $1,000 plus and 7 months of your life, then pay them but if you want it done right and honest, use some other company or do it yourself through Canva or some other! We are filing complaints to the FTC and Florida AG now and will be doing more until either it is all replaced w/ correct size or a 100% refund is done! Check out complaints on: (Just google: postcardmania reviews like many on BBB) many say same as me, bad list, bad design, won't refund, continual upsell and just trying to get more and more money out of you, so this is why the FBI is going to be contacted because it is extortion. Sent out total useless and such embarrassing small postcards that was just a waste of so much money and time! These are bad, greedy owners!

PostcardMania is a dialed in company. They know what they do and they do it well. It's been great working with Catherine, Rhianna, Taylor and others! If you're going the post card you've found your source!

Horrible experience, dealing with Dawn, about receiving damaged merchandise, was a nightmare, she refused to send a replacement, or credit my account,(OUTRAGEOUS)! Would not recommend buying from them! Avoid at all cost, buyer BEWARE!

I have used PostCard Mania now 3 times and they are wonderful! They make sure the process is smooth, the final art won't blur, and they understand my complicated mailing and shipping schedule! I highly recommend this company for your postcard needs.
