PostcardManiaReviews of postcardmania.com

PostcardMania really cares about getting results. They have gone so far out of their way to ensure I get good results from my mailings. I truly appreciate everything they've done to help me grow my business.

I do not have one good thing to say with my experience. I even provided my own designs and they messed that up with heads cropped off on all the postings. Terrible follow-up. They say you will have a team. You just get passed on to different people. No organization. Zero creative talent and Campaign Mangers are just a title. I spend quite a bit of money and I wouldn't even pay a few hundred dollars for their services. I kept getting up sell before even launching my campaign. I was even asked to rate them before launching or refer others to their services and I said, I can't because you haven't complete my campaign, I could keep going. Terrible

My experience here has been top-of-the-line and really wonderful!

(Edit since Postcardmania replied: Their reply is exactly what part of my experience rating was pointing out. They just want to get you on the phone, when it's 2025 and essentially all other platforms in this space don't need to speak on the phone if you don't want to and you can start and finish your project all online. Great reply, it proved my point.) ORIGINAL: You don't even have the option to upload or design your own materials without calling and speaking with an agent first to "set up your account." What that really means is that they want to get you on the phone and try to upsell you on things. Why in the wide world of the 21st century would I want to try to take an idea from my head and create that design through someone else when I should have the option to... just do it on my own. Antiquated business model. No thank you postcardmania.

These folks really know marketing and really took time to make sure you do what works! Marketing takes a lot of trial and error and I can never be sure what I’m doing is working. PostcardMania not only handles all my marketing, but they also track results to make sure my business grows

This company engages in deceptive practices. Their marketing promises do not match what is actually delivered. They misled us with claims about what their services could accomplish, but once we signed on, the reality was far different. The web design was a simple a template, out -of-the box boilerplate. That after countless hours of revision the site was non-transferable to host anywhere else. After months of corrections we filed a dispute with our credit source. An hour later the same day they cancelled our entire marking package in retaliation. This act is unlawful and is being investigated

Don't do it. they continued charging me way past what I agreed upon. Go ahead and search for "postcard mania google reviews" you won't find it. It'll only take you to their website where they try to sweep you away with their filtered reviews. don't give them your phone number they will try to call you nonstop trying to sell you more product
