Do NOT use this company or order months in advance

ordered on the 11th, stated would arrive 18th - 20th, was not even shipped until the 16th and today is the 27th of DEcmber and its still nowhere to be seen Lame response, like "USPS is over logged", you have done the worst shipping ever. A $150 order and you use USPS first class mail? that is insulting . ------------------ Update 1/10/2025 I changed my review as they provided a 15% discount, but this was not without me pestering and nearly demanding some sort of a compensation. If they had done this outright, would be 3 stars probably, but considering the time frames, and that I had to basically threaten I would refuse the package to get a slight refund, I'm still not that happy. The expensive photo and framing $149 set was received days after Christmas, when ordered on 12/11. I understand its busy, but this wasn't shipping from China on a boat and shouldn't take that long. Hire more staff for that holiday rush. I had to make other arrangements at additional cost. So, the review stands, 2 stars. I should say, I like the photos and things I made on the system. But stated time frames were nowhere near what the actual delivery was, so that made for a Christmas stresser.

Hello, Thank you for your patience throughout this process, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay. We understand this was frustrating. We have been monitoring the status of your order and one print was delivered on December 18th, while the other arrived on December 27th. We understand how these delays may have impacted your plans and we appreciate your understanding. As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve processed a 15% refund for your order, totaling $22.17. We hope this resolution helps make up for the delay, and we truly value your patience and understanding during the holiday season. If you need any further assistance or have additional concerns, feel free to reach out. We’re always here to help! Best regards, -- Update: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery. We certainly strive to meet our expected delivery times (20 Dec - 24 Dec for this order), but unfortunately, some delays are out of our control, especially during the busy holiday season. While the first package was delivered on time, I understand that receiving one after Christmas - on December 27th - caused stress. Also, we've sent you digital copies as a placeholder before the physical product arrived. We truly appreciate your feedback and are always looking to improve. I can assure you we are working on improving our delivery process to avoid future delays, and we're grateful for your understanding in this situation. Thank you again for your patience, and I hope you enjoy your product. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
