If i could leave negative stars I would. This company should be shut down, they are fraudulent. They have 'mistakenly' taken over £2000 from our account for 'bills' incorrectly, and now are refusing to refund us, but instead keep saying they have added it as credit on the account! This is FRAUDULENT. Been ongoing for 6 months. Cannot speak to anyone but customer service who refuse to help. Ombudsman ruled in our favour, still refusing to refund. Going legal, but a word of warning to any potential new customers - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Spectacularly appalling service. They've sent me over £1,000 of bills for last year which I had already paid last year before departing my flat. I had even written to them when I left my flat confirming that all bills had been paid and that my account would be closed. Baffled by the incompetence.

Do not use they only communicate when they want money or want to offer other services. I have tried on many occasions to get this sorted but they only want to offer telecom or card machine service. When I ask them about the on going case no1 wants to talk about it. Stay clear and read other reviews also has to different accounts on trust pilot so they look better.

Absolute joke of a company, I have a very small business, my current supplier went into liquidation and they took over my account without me know, when I got a new supplier they are trying to charge me over £2000 for 6 weeks gas only,,,,, now getting solicitor letter demanding the money has been going on for over 2 years.

Do not be fooled by this company. They lock you into contracts and then they change their mind and charge you astonishing fees, they take money from your bank without consent and then set bailiffs on you with no warning. Last year, they paid customers £10 off of their bills to leave a review on trustpilot, to get the trustpilot score up, which was reported to trustpilot, but they did nothing about it, they are now getting someone to flood Google with reviews. always 5 stars and always the same review as if it’s read from a card.!!!!!

DO NOT USE!!!!! If I could give them a minus 10 I would! Turned up to open the business and pozitive had cut the power???? Left behind a letter from Fulmar services which if you delve into is a sister company of theirs.....I rang to get them to forward me the warrant for gaining entry and guess what....Never received one! The funniest part of this is, the bill was not even ours it was foe a random amount not even close to our latest bill!!!! The only outstanding amount was a bill that was sent 1 week earlier!!! When contacting pozitive at first they tried to tell me it wasn't them...clearly! Then, when they finally did admit to it tried to tell me it would not be put back on for a week!! The power was put on after much arguing the next day late afternoon! After trying to contact Pozitive and them admitting they got the wrong bill and wrong company they have done nothing about the complaint, and will not supply me with a warrant that they supposedly had to enter the property!!! They cost my business time money that it will never get back because of their mistake!!DO NOT USE THEM.

Just received a bill from Positive Energy for £120 for debt recovery charges. I don't have any debt as the mistake was there's with incorrect change over meter reading which we had to argue for a year. They had the photographs of the meter readings multiple times. They also keep sending me a years worth of bills from a smart meter when we have already paid them?

I just taken over an apartment within a block of flats and lead to me dealing with the management side of the entire building. I received a what I can only explain as I felt it was a cold call the a woman called N****, she did not know who she wanted to speak to and took her a while to find the details as i thought it was a cold call I hung up. After she called me she advised it was change in owners and she would send me the figures over email to look at, she was quick in attempting to get off the phone not before I asked if she had my email address where she advised she had my details and then hung up. The following day she called me again and I advised I did not receive the email where then she asked what my email was and then sending me the details. After sending these, I was very confused over how the hole process worked but she did not want to explain anything to me over the phone or via email. she just repeatedly advised me to pick a contract I would like from the figures she sent me either 1 year, 2 years or 3 years. Still confused and not wanting to sign a contract until I was aware what I was signing. I was not even aware this was a gas bill till i called back. I decided to see if I could get a cheaper option else where which i have and much happier for it.
