I've only been with Posh for a brief moment, however, the service, promptness of messages, and professionalism are second to none. I would recommend Posh to others.

This team is AMAZING! I've been able to have some boundaries with my business. It has really helped my mental health not having to be at my phone all of the time. I have also noticed an increase of business because of the friendly receptionists that offer info and take messages from potential clients. They were never leaving voicemails, so this has been amazing. I've recently (the last month or so) had some trouble being able to call to turn the service on and off. Once they get this remedied fully, I would give them a 6/5 star review!! They are amazing!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company. They are all so elegant, communicative, professional and eager to please. One of the hardest things about owning a business is staffing. Making sure your staff is an extension of you, your vision and represents the high standard of customer service is beyond challenging, so when you find that it's fantastic and deserves praise. I've had other "answering services" and this is much more than that. These ladies are very responsive and communicative and very good at what they do. They are organized and most important, they care about your business and they want to get it right. My account rep really helped me through this process with tweaking things in a very customized way as to fit my needs as a small business and a business with wonderful, but incredibly demanding clients. I highly recommend them if you need a higher level of customer service to help when your front desk isn't available or to use after hours etc. They are also fantastic as a virtual receptionist and so good that your clients/patients aren't even aware that they aren't sitting at your clinic or office in person... and that's a huge compliment to them. I not only get alerts with detailed information, I can actually call someone back from my personal cell phone and the customer doesn't see my personal number, they see the name of my business. They've thought of everything....its pretty amazing. Great service, great business model. Highly recommend.

I have been using Posh for over a year now, I am very happy with the service. They are very reliable. I am really happy that we outsourced the answering service, everyone in the office can now focus on tasks, and distracted by calls.

POSH has been instrumental in the transition to our firm's new 50-50 model: work-from-home/work-in-office model. No matter where we are as attorneys, POSH is there "back at the office" answering our calls, and professionally delivering our clients, and prospective clients friendly and informative reception service. Each call is memorialized in a written message delivered right to each attorney via the POSH App. And lastly, their pricing is not only highly competitive, but cost effective compared to hiring additional employees.

First of all, Posh is great. My situation was unique I had multiple lines of businesses each needed it’s own phone number and answering. They were able to design a custom solution to fit all of my expansive needs at a cost-effective rate. Now when you call each of my businesses they are answered 24/7 with a unique greeting per the line. Posh has completely replaced my phone system as their app is amazing and I can dial out through the app. My phone is no longer field with Spam that I can’t answer and I’m not missing important client calls. The flow is designed to my exact specification and they are very coachable if I ever want to change something. Would 10/10 recommend.

I had planned on using Posh on a interim basis, and for nights and weekends. But they were so good, that I went full time using them. I knew I made the right decision using them, just from the compliments my customers paid them.`
