We moved to Posh after using 2 other services and are so happy we did! Everything from onboarding, to the professionalism of the agents, to follow up from the tech team has been top notch! We love working with them and highly recommend!

We are finding that it is not as smooth when the VA are collecting the information. The patch through is great and its nice to have someone be answering the phone all the time. But it would be nice if it was more of a natural conversation feel when they are collecting name, phone number, email before patching through the calls

The other day - got a message of dead air - 2 minutes. Ugh ... you're times are way too long.
Response from Posh Virtual ReceptionistsFeb 28, 2024
We do realize the frustration that dead air calls can cause to our clients. This is why we immediately reached out to you to discuss implementing our FREE ‘Preannouncement’ feature which we did add to your account per your approval as well as unbilled the call for you. We understand that anytime businesses partner together, there may be obstacles to iron out in the beginning which is why another Goodwill Credit was applied for any frustration and inconveniences that were caused. We are pleased that you are still an active account with Posh and we look forward to continually assisting you and your callers.
