The pre-trip service was first class. We lacked no knowledge of the upcoming trip and when we did have questions the response was immediate, friendly and detailed. From the moment we were met at the airport in Ushuaia until we left we were treated as part of the family of the ship. Our every moment was fun and excitement. The organisation of the whole experience was so professional that we never felt we were organised but know that our enjoyment would have been so much less if we had not been. The enthusiasm of the expedition team was infectious. What we did and saw was beyond our greatest expectations- all thanks to a great team and a wonderful ship. We could not have asked for more.

Can't fault it. Will definitely be looking for other adventures with Poseidon and have recommended it to lots already. The ship was lovely and so comfortable, the crew were all brilliant both the ship crew and the expedition crew. I had so much trust in their expertise and professionalism. I was kayaking and there was one day only when I felt they were being over-cautious but I guess I had to accept that they had our safety uppermost. Lastly, learnt so much from their lectures.

The first class expedition team, first class hotel crews, first class restaurant...It's a nice surprise! I thought going to Antarctica meant going tough, on your own for many things. But no, these great people really made me feel a lux vacation as well as adventurous.And those seminars while we were at the sea? I learned soooooo much about the environment, our planet, antarctica animals, iceology, you name it. Great bonus! Highly recommended!

The expedition leader and crew were amazing. They took us to the most incredible place in the world - Antarctica 🇦🇶! We had such an amazing welcome and such an amazing trip!

The crew and expedition team (antarctic guides) were all friendly, competent and knowledgeable. Antarctica is potentially a dangerous place, but we never felt like we were ever in any danger. Moreover, expedition team were all experts on the area and were able to explain all about its history, ecology, and geology.

Awesome trip. Great expedition team, wonderful food, spacious accommodations. Everything was taken care of from the very beginning. Definitely recommend.

All the crew were very caring and genuinely dedicated to deliver excellent costumer service. They catered to all the individual needs and delivered all the requests. The expidition staff was exceptional, we felt very safe with such experienced personnel on board. Booking and paperwork was tedious but they were very prompt with communications. I would recommend posiedon expositions if you truly want to experience antartica :)
