Charged me an $800+ cancellation fee for refusing to another payment service from Payarc after they decided to go another direction 2 months in to a 12 month agreement. I emailed asking how this was considered my cancellation rather than a change that they are initiating. No response, they stopped returning my phone calls. Tony is the guy I worked with and he has seriously let me down. I would never set up merchant services with these guys. I was getting charged more than I was told initially AND they hit me with an $833 fee since I refused to get on board with another provider after I had spent 30+ hours integrating my website checkout with the payment processing they set me up with. There was no way I would change plans after only 2 months and all the time and effort I put in. Terrible company.

I received an unsolicited, cold call from a POS Circle representative. Out of courtesy, I listened even after refusing based on our policy to not buy from telemarketers. For 19 minutes I was repeatedly interrupted, argued with, and barely allowed to speak. The representative’s conduct demonstrated a complete lack of respect for my time or business perspective. I explicitly told the rep that I would never buy from a company that does unsolicited telemarketing, as I view it as an untrustworthy business practice. In response, the representative’s only defense was to desperately direct me to "look at his reviews" as proof of their trustworthyness— his conduct alone was enough for me not to ever want to do business with them. Do not waste your time. The aggressive, argumentative nature of their client acquisition process is a massive red flag that overrides any positive reviews they may have.
