I purchased a Square Terminal for my bakery. I initially received the wrong charging accessory which was quite frustrating but the care team responded quickly and arranged the correct one. They handled the issue very well and I will surely order from them for my next branch.

We needed several Verifone POS machines to replace older ones across our stores. One unit arrived separately from the rest, which was inconvenient, but they kept us updated until the complete order arrived.

Charged me an $800+ cancellation fee for refusing to another payment service from Payarc after they decided to go another direction 2 months in to a 12 month agreement. I emailed asking how this was considered my cancellation rather than a change that they are initiating. No response, they stopped returning my phone calls. Tony is the guy I worked with and he has seriously let me down. I would never set up merchant services with these guys. I was getting charged more than I was told initially AND they hit me with an $833 fee since I refused to get on board with another provider after I had spent 30+ hours integrating my website checkout with the payment processing they set me up with. There was no way I would change plans after only 2 months and all the time and effort I put in. Terrible company.
