Easy ordering, some issues with fabric
Easy ordering, fast shipment. Overall I like the bag, but the blue dye seems to rub off on the handles and other items it touches. Really like the zipper pouch for the bladder, very functional bag.

I loved the idea of this bag
I loved the idea of this bag, and that is why I purchased it. I was sent the red one I ordered and afterwards, you wanted a review about it. I did and mentioned I liked the concept, but felt it was very stiff and would have preferred a softer shell. After my review, you mentioned you wanted me to try another bag, so you sent me one. I appreciated your customer service and felt it was nice you wanted to try and make me happy. I figured the new bag would be completely different, but it was practically the same one - only missing the gold bling in the front. I’m sorry, but I haven’t used it and probably won’t.

Hi Julie, Thanks for your valued feedback. We are sorry to hear you don't like the design of the purse. The sturdier shell by design allows for the bag to stay up on its own while the party pouch' is full. Having said that we will be coming out with newer designs that will allow for a softer shell in the future.
