Love it! So discreet... brought into high school football game and major concert venue in city, no problem! Would like a reusable bladder/ pouch.

I did not receive my initial order of 1 Porto Vino wine purse & extra bladders. After contacting this company, a replacement order was sent out, on their dollar, to me in time for me to take it out of country on vacation. Talk about excellent Customer Service!! Will be ordering more for gifts! Thank you!!

I could have given a 4 star but there is a flaw. The bladder spigot is on the right bottom side and the backpack opening is on the left.
Response from PortoVino Wine BagSep 8, 2018
Hi Sandra, Thanks for taking the time to review. The party pouch's spout location is by design. If you rotate the pouch so the long side is parallel to the bottom of the backpack, the hole lines up with the spout. Please reach out to us at [email protected] as we would love to connect with you. We want you to have an amazing Porto Vino experience! Cheers! PortoVino Cares Team
