Not worth the money. The bags are cheaply constructed. I was extremely disappointed when my bag arrived. They could do better for the prices they charge.

I have ordered many things for PLG and have never had an issue. I don't know where all of these negative reviews are coming from, but from journals to shoes to bags, I absolutely LOVE all of my goods! I will continue to order from them as well as recommend them to my friends.

Company refuses to acknowledge their mistakes, especially in their shoe line. They use a BOGO shoe offer as a cover for absolutely no exchanges or refunds for very poorly mis-sized/quality-checked shoes. They claim—as part of their “truth-in-advertising”—that it is on the customer to sift through reviews for accurate sizing information instead of using company size charts. They even make it impossible for customers to opt out of the BOGO offer. So even if a customer wants to purchase one pair at full price, they still may not return or exchange.

I do like the bags. Colors are good but if I pay for a bag I expect it to be in perfect shape. Stitching on a Bella bag it pleated causing an issue with the zipper customer service said I can return it at my expense and that this is normal. I will take it to shoe maker. Shame on them. I will not be buying any thing else. There is another co that supposedly is good…

I order a medium sized crossover bad in the color Lava. Within the first day of use, anything the bag touched would cause a deep gash, leaving a light colored streak. I wrote to customer service and they said I simply need to "buff" it. Even with the softest of cloths, the leather scuffs up. I thought maybe through use, it would become an overall scuffed appearance and not be as bad. Nope, it completely scratched up, and looks like something I pulled out of the trash. I tried my best leather conditioner, and it still looks like trash. I wish I would have checked here before I ordered it.

I ordered an item off Instagram that stated the item was 41% off. However, after I purchased the item I noticed it was only 25% off. After contacting them multiple times (it took 5 days for them to respond) they told me...too bad, Instagram made the mistake, not us, and it should only be 25% off. Horrible customer service. Won't be buying from them again.

I just had a really great experience with PLG. I had originally placed an order, and I was really happy with it. However, when I wanted to get into my account, I hit a roadblock-my password didn’t work. I contacted the company a few times but I never received a “Password Reset” email. I wanted to place another order, but I figured if I can’t get a password reset, what’s going to happen if I run into a *real* problem?? So, much to my surprise, I actually got an email from the company a few days ago saying that it seemed that I was having trouble with an order. They wanted to know how they could help! (I should say at this point that that was my very first order with the company.) Honestly, I was surprised and grateful that they noticed!! They fixed my password and helped me with another small issue, and now I’m back on track. This was the best Customer Service Experience I’ve had in a loonnnggg time!! Nice job, PLG!! Really need to work on their customer service There is no phone number as far as I can find & so far no response from an email sent 3 days ago I don’t believe that is anywhere near good customer service It’s totally turning me off to any future purchases or recommendations If you have an issue I feel you are out of luck
