After 2 months the strap broke on my pocketbook. I got in touch with Portland Leather and just corresponding with AI. They keep coming back with email does not match Order #. It’s the only email I have! AFTER A WEEK, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED! I am just asking for a strap replacement. AI SAID THEY SENT IT TO SUPPORT AND HAVEN’t heard a thing. No number to call.

Just left Portland Leather Woodburn Outlet tonight. There was 1 person in the store. I asked if the price for a tote bag was 25% off. He said he didn’t know and that he is new. He said his coworker was in last break ( it was around 7:15pm ). I waited in the store, was in for about 15 minutes. Got tired of waiting and left. He didn’t seem to care

Received bag with defective strap that was nailed inside out. I reached out to them 4 times. Crickets. Never again. I have purchased a lot of merchandise with PLG. I trusted them. They let me down. They only care about money not customer service. Additionally their quality is definitly not high end.

first the bags came from a texas address. i have been trying to exchange a metro crossbody bag in nutmeg for the honey color..i bought several items totaling over $200. i paid $118, now it's on sale for $88. the asked for $22 to ship it back and exchange, i said no, then they asked for $14.95 to ship it back and exchange colors. Now they are asking me for $10.95 plus $1 to hold the exchange color bag... are they kidding... they should be giving me a credit for the sale price... i've only received the back 7 days ago and have been emailing them every other day... never again for this co!!

Not a high quality bag. Purchased the Koala Sling- medium bag in Chili Red. The amount of creases and deformity is not the quality I expected for $118. There is no way to call PLG to talk about your order with customer service. I put in 2 submissions to get help on a replacement and I haven’t heard back. They will charge you $15 to return the item.

I love my oversized slone bag! Cold brew is squishy and soft, although I do miss the og leather, but this is a nice bag.
