Hi Robert, Thank you for your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We're sorry the wait has felt frustrating, and we completely understand your confusion. We did reach out to you privately to share a shipping update and to make things right, so please check your messages when you get a chance — we'd love to hear from you! Just to provide a little transparency: your order was placed on April 18th and shipped on May 6th, which falls within our pre-order shipping window. However, we understand how we fell short of communicating this better with you. We hope you'll give us the chance to turn this around, and we look forward to connecting with you soon!

Hi Maria, Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback — we're truly sorry the rugs didn't meet your expectations, and we completely understand your disappointment. The experience you described, particularly the edge finishing and the separation on one of your rugs, is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we sincerely apologize. Your feedback on both the product quality and our return process is something we're taking seriously as we work to improve the experience for all of our customers. Please feel free to reach out to our CX team directly with any further concerns.
