Lighter color ways can also show wear sooner in busy entryways with pets, and we encourage customers to choose the right mat color for their space based on the traffic and usage of the mats in their home. Our return policy covers unused mats in their original packaging, but our team has accommodated you with a one-time exception here because your experience matters to us.
