Good info and configuration flexibility, lacking some clarity about delivery
When configuring a barebones system you have the option to pay $40 to expedite system configuration to 1 business day. After doing that and your order is processed, then you get this in your order status page: "For Barebones and Computer Systems add 3 additional business days to the dates shown above for assembly and testing." Here's what it says when you pay for expedited configuration: "Urgent - Build, Burn-in, Test & Ship Out in 1 Business Day" Seems like 1 = 3 in this case.

Review of My Computer Ordering Experience
My experience with making selections of the different components for my barebone PC tower was made relatively easy through PortaTech.com. The ample amount of specification details and help links permitted me to not overspend on selections that would clearly have been unnecessary and beyond my computing needs. At the same time, I've been pleased with the overall pricing as I've done side-by-side comparisons between different brands/models. I look forward to years of good use of my new system.

i check many sites to find the rite combo for my new build your site was the easiest as far as what mother boards go wit what cpu and ram

Excelent Buying Experience
It was very easy to assemble my customized PC online. Usually took me a long time to verify compatibility between components. Portatech web site made it so easy. I also double checked prices for every component with other providers and it was definitively the best option. Thanks for a great service!

Excellent Computers & Customer Service
I have been ordering from Portatech.com for my business and personal use. Every computer ever purchased has never given me any problems. Their prices and selection is great. I keep on coming back to Portatech when I am looking for a brand new stat of the art computer. I have 4 computers that I purchased in the past 4 years and they are still working like as if they are new.
