Customer service hours are very limited

The only reason this review is 3 stars is because I cannot in good conscience give five stars for a product that I have not received yet. I am posting this review because Portatech requested that I do so on the confirmation screen. Seems a bit early for a review but here goes. So far I like the process and ease of use of the website. The prices are excellent for the convenience offered. If everything arrives as described I will change this review to 5 stars, if not then I will adjust accordingly. That is, of course, if I am able to change the review.

during memorial day there was suppose to be a (deal) . However there was no way to see what the deal actually was.. paypal was stated to be accepted (however wasn't) seen in sight when purchasing product.. which makes the site feel sketchy However if functional the website itself makes computer building fun and more affordable... as it doesn't the hard work for you. since bios updating is a option this cuts out any nasty extra time one would have to do.. for example a cpu may be purchased however without bios updates the cpu would not be functional.. their team would save you time by being able to update the motherboard with their side processors.... updating a motherboard on your own time without a functioning compatible cpu would be difficult!!! and they save you that time (according TO AS as stated by their services.. have fun

Custom PC was a bit late and customer support was nowhere to be found, but in the end I got what I ordered, so let's settle for 3 stars.

I do not appreciate paying for two separate shipping costs, only one of which should have been adequate. Your so-called Platinum Deliv. Plan is redundant, if you're also charging me for Fedex shipping.

Not bad and prices seem fair. Will update if anything goes wrong as this review was requested right after ordering. I will increase or decrease based on results.

Ordered from before 5 yrs ago !! good menu selection of items to start a build with ! This time I ordered complete system (excluding Video card which I have) I build desktops as a hobby for friends and relatives.. But, couldn't find reasonable parts as low as Portatech ! So.. since they also assemble and test its a good deal !! ...only down side is the wait !.. Ordered on Feb 20 its now Feb 23 and no update on order !! it was promised in the time frame of 26 feb thru 3 Mar . But disclaimer said add three days if a complete or barebones system ! Ok so do the math That's 2 weeks before receiving order ! a LIL slow ?? I'm sure they will completely test and pack properly Just waiting 2 weeks can be a bummer ! Jus Sayin .. If product arrives as promised I will update my Review on a more positive Note !!
