Merci aux artistes. Vraiment un bon travail. Il faut juste mettre dès le départ un peu plus d'ombres. Mais au final le résultat est parfait. Merci encore pour ces oeuvres.

I had made a purchase on PopArta as a gift and was given a timeline of proof approval by 1/31/2017 with an ETA to my door of 2/7/17. Proof was approved by 1/31/17 but the product was not received until 2/17/17. The delay alone was frustrating but the poor customer service was what made it worse, I had to fill out forms in order to never be contacted, only to call and be told that they're looking into it and will have an answer the following morning and will call me. By afternoon I didn't hear anything and had to call customer service back to be told again that I'll hear something within 3 hours, which I did not and had to follow up again via email. After all of that back and forth my artwork wasn't even printed on 2/8 as there was something wrong with the picture which was the first time I was being notified of this. The gift ended up coming while I was out of the country and I was unable to bring it along as a gift and had to then ship it out of my own pocket. The lack of actual communication and having to hunt down customer service for answers was incredibly frustrating as I am the customer with the delayed order.

Dear Amanda, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Truth to be told, your feedback was the trigger to find the technical issue we were experiencing by that time. All customer communications were automatically archive, therefore our customer service representatives were not able to see your communication history or any previous records. We were surprised seeing such review, as customer relations are top priority for us along with product quality. As said, this feedback helped us to dig into the case and find this technical error, which was immediately fixed. Thank you very much for your input and patience.

I ordered a canvas a picture of my sister's dog. It was a Christmas gift. Originally, I had an issue because there was a glitch on their website and after approving the Proof, they wanted to charge me again. I called, sent various emails and didn't receive a reply until a week later. They fixed the issue and everything was good. Later, I received an email saying that if I left a testimonial, they would give me a $50 credit for their site. I left the testimonial and never received anything. I called them, sent them emails and never received a response. Overall, good products, awful, borderline, non-existent customer service.

Dear Adonis, we are very sorry for this inconvenience. All credits are added automatically by the system. If there was a technical glitch by that time, it is possible that it was the reason for not receiving your credit. Please contact us any time and we'll manually add your credit to your account. Many things have changed since January, including system processing and customer service quality. We can now guarantee the best customer relations you can find in all over the web.

De kwaliteit en de service was precies wat wij er van verwachte. Levering was beller dan wat er bij bestelling werd aangegeven. SUPER

Our beloved dog Duke of 20 years is living out his last days and what a better way to remember him than to have a cool, colorful and uplifting picture of him done. This is on a nice thick wall tapestry with metal garments to hang with. This will be a treasured piece in our home for years to come.
