The delivery is always very fast - The product is great - Wish it was a little less pricey ...Only one issue - Every delivery seems to be on a rainy day and your delivery carrier just leaves it out in the rain. So far I have not had any product damage as I was available to pull it out of the rain in a somewhat timely manner. The carrier could use some common sense and put a plastic bag over it when left in the pouring rain.

Poopee pads has been very reliable. I can expect my order to arrive within a couple days. They are not very friendly on the phone but I guess that is not as important as getting my order expeditiously.

I called to ask about their pads for my Pomeranian and the owner answered!! He spoke so kindly to me and then sent me 3 different free samples to choose from. Unheard of in the world we live in! I was so impressed by him and then the large Premium pads were exactly what I had in mind!! They are amazing and I recommend them to everyone!!
