Thoroughly enjoy ordering in bulk from poopee I usually purchase the deluxe; occasionally you will get a less than absorbent bunch. I've emailed them about this however they couldn't find the email the order was placed from (I gave them three different ones to check so I'm a bit flummoxed as to why they couldn't find the order) Ultimately I didn't get credited or compensated for recieving a less than stellar batch. This last order was the first order in over a year because that whole fiasco left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully they have corrected the issue. So far the box I opened has been what you expect: absorbent.

This pads are excellent. We have 5 dogs and they used them and no licks or accidents.

I contacted the company because my order had not been delivered. Joel responded within 24 hours and was very helpful. He made sure my order was correct and on it's way, I received it the next day. Great company and the product is always great! Thank you.

I have been ordering from PooPeePads for several years now. The other big shops were too expensive or didn't have the bigger sizes. We also tried the drug store for the human pads but they just didn't work the same. Then I found this company. We get the 36x36 size so our schnauzer has plenty of space to do her business while we are at work or away. The quality is excellent and the shipping is super fast. Great customer service.

Pads are an excellent value and service is very prompt. My only criticism is that when I order on line I have to re-enter my info because it doesn't save it. Would be much quicker if I could create a permanent account.

I'm very impressed with the poopee pads. My little dog enjoys them too. Would definitely recommend them to prospective buyers.
