Ordered the printer as a present for my daughter beginning of November, and the package did not arrive until 3 Dec. Her birthday had passed so hugely disappointed. Had tried contacting them and their customer service was terrible. Do not trust their delivery information on the website or FAQ notes. After posting a poor review of the service on trustpilot I seemed to get their attention. They followed up, investigated what happened and offered to compensate by sending a case and some paper. In return they wanted me to update the review.

As our logistic partners in some countries are still understaffed and under pressure, for some international orders the delivery time may be longer than usual, we kindly ask for your understanding of this situation. Most of our order are shipped out from our warehouses in the USA for US customers and from Czech Republic for European customers. For some countries we ship from our international warehouse and in your case your order was in transit for 15 days (11/18 to 12/03) after a processing period of 5 business days due to an order peak which led to longer processing time (11/11 to 11/18) so I cannot agree more with you that it was slightly longer than what we promise on our website in our shipping policy which is 5-10 days transit time but this is definitely unusual. We definitely do not want our customers to feel disappointed, please kindly send us an email to support@poooliprint and we will offer a solution to your problem! Received my Poooli L3 yesterday and it is great. Easy to set up - basically turn on, connect via Bluetooth and go! I work in manufacturing and use similar printing products and the quality is spot on.

I've just purchased the L1 printer and I'm very disappointed with the quality of pictures it prints. I've tried a couple of images and they always come out looking very grainy. Don't waste your money on this, there are much better products out there!

Dear Lisa, I appreciate you bringing up this concern to us and I will be happy to resolve it, I also understand how you feel frustrated and decided to complain and write a bad review on Trustpilot before asking for any help but please give us the opportunity to make this right. I'd like to give you some details to start with: I can understand where you are coming from if this item does not meet your hopes but this is a thermal printer and the results you are getting align with what is stated on our website: the L2/XL models can print at 300 dpi versus 200 dpi for the L1 model (which is lower quality). You purchased the L1 version and did not purchase the L2 Instant HD version. The entry-level version is most recommended for scrapbooking and journaling while the HD version is recommended to print HD pictures. However, please note that a thermal printer can be better at printing some types of images and not as good for other kinds of pictures. You could give it a second chance by printing out some of our FREE printable optimized for thermal printing, directly here from our Pinterest board. https://www.pinterest.com/poooliprint/printables/ Additionally, in order to learn how to use your printer to its best, I highly advise that you watch our video tutorials.
