Dear Ashleigh, We are sorry if you feel disappointed by your purchase, we understand that you may have missed some important product details when ordering on our website, we try to make it clear that it is a Black and White printer but some images on our social media may show a mix of Black and White and colored images because that's how some people use it in combination with other type of art. We are sorry for any confusion! I want to offer you some free paper rolls that can print in pink or blue.. I do believe this could make you more satisfied of your product since you expected something that could print in color. Feel free to reach out to our friendly support team at [email protected] and provide your order number, we will look into it and make the free products available to your for redemption. Regards, Benjamin PoooliPrint™ Support Team https://www.poooliprint.com/
