Dear Brandi, Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention! I was able to locate your order #15460 and #15462 from December. One of our friendly customer support agent is going to reach out to you to the email we have on file in the next 24 hours and will ask you questions and provide you instructions to make sure we can get your printer to work. Usually it's as simple as doing a reset but if unfortunately it does not works anymore after that, we will get a replacement order created. Hi Valeria! We thank you for your feedback! The printer doesn't need to connect to the wifi, just connect the printer through the Poooli App then you can start printing. Please feel reassured that your printer is covered by a 1 year Warranty and if it is indeed no longer working, you will get a replacement shipped out to you for free of charges.
