Hi Lila, Thanks for contacting us. I am sorry you are experiencing this issue, this is a very rare situation and I will be happy to guide you in fixing it. Could you please kindly try this first: 1. Open and close your printer cover (just as if you wanted to load paper) 2. Once closed, use a pin to hold the RESET button which is in a tiny hole by the USB charger (see attached picture) you must hold the button for a full 10sec. This should reset your printer and you should be good to go. I would recommend fully recharging your printer before you use it. Dear Stefan, The QR code printed by a double tap on the printer main button allows to connect by a quick scan from the Poooli app. If you scan the QR code from outside of the app, it will not work and indeed give a broken URL. Please make sure to follow the instructions given in the user manual and on this Youtube video tutorial to learn how to connect using the QR code: https://youtu.be/aByZjjnFsaw We hope you can update your review once you figured out this issue.
