Started out on the website which was well laid out but decided to call to get some advice from a real person. The call was picked up right away and the customer service representative was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the right item for the pool setup I had. He offered to place the order for me rather than me having to fill it out on-line and sent me a followup email with a significant rebate! I have not received customer service that impressed me in a good way it quite some time - you folks are wonderful!

My chlorinator cell died and I purchased a Hayward Goldline Replacement Cell for my Aqua Rite Chlorinator (T-CELL15). The price was the best that I could find on the web and it was delivered overnight. I installed it myself in less that 20 minutes.
